45bvip Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights, and User Obligations

1 Definitions and Scope

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and in any official communication from the 45bvip:

• "Platform" refers to the website 45bvip.net and all its subdomains, web applications, and digital interfaces operated by 45bvip.
• "Member" or "User" is any individual aged 18 or over who has completed registration on the 45bvip platform and holds an active account.
• "Balance" is the amount in BRL (R$) available in the member's account for use on Sports Betting, casino games, and other services available at 45bvip.
• "Bonus" are promotional credits granted by 45bvip, subject to rollover requirements and any additional conditions specified in each promotion.
• "Rollover" is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process required by regulations applicable to the sports betting and online gaming market in Brazil.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by 45bvip, including live and pre-match Sports Betting, online casino, Crash Games, blackjack, e-sports, and the VIP Program. Use of any feature on the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2 Registration and Account

Registration on the 45bvip is free and available exclusively to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information on the registration form.
• Not having another active account at 45bvip.
• Not having been previously suspended or banned from the platform.

Each individual may hold only an account at 45bvip. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses, circumvent suspensions, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent blocking of all accounts associated with the same CPF, email address, phone number, home address, or payment method.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, including your password and two-factor authentication code. 45bvip is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the member's own failure to safeguard this information. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 45bvip may request identity verification at any time, particularly before releasing withdrawals, after deposits exceeding certain thresholds, or when there is suspicion of irregularities on the account. This process is part of compliance with regulations applicable to the online betting and gaming market and is designed to protect members and the integrity of the platform.

The documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID: RG, CNH, or valid passport.
• CPF – the same one provided during registration.
• Proof of address issued no more than 90 days ago (utility bill, water, phone, or bank statement).
• Proof of the payment method used (for deposits made via credit or debit card).
• Selfie with a government-issued ID, when requested.

Submitted documents will be reviewed within up to 5 business days. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process. 45bvip reserves the right to refuse or close accounts that do not pass the verification process or whose documents are deemed invalid, inconsistent, or fraudulent.

4 Deposits

All deposits at 45bvip are conducted in BRL (R$). We do not perform foreign currency conversion and do not accept deposits in any currency other than the Brazilian Real.

The available deposit methods are:

• Pix – minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, with instant processing 24 hours a day.
• Boleto Bancário – minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, cleared within 1 business day.
• Credit Card – minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, with immediate processing subject to operator approval.
• Debit Card – minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, processed immediately.
• PicPay – minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, processed within 30 minutes.
• Mercado Pago – minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, processed within 30 minutes.
• TED Transfer – available via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil; minimum deposit of R$ 50.00; processing within up to 1 business day.

45bvip does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits identified as coming from illegitimate or third-party sources will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

5 Withdrawals

Any member with a verified account and a positive balance may request a withdrawal at the 45bvip at any time, subject to the conditions below:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 50,00.
• The withdrawal method must match the one used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by support.
• Pix withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for VIP members and within 24 hours for all other members, on business days.
• TED withdrawals are processed within up to 2 business days.
• 45bvip may require KYC verification before processing withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00.
• Unconverted bonus balances (those that have not met the rollover requirement) cannot be withdrawn.

45bvip does not charge administrative fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by the member's financial institution are the member's own responsibility. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, 45bvip may suspend withdrawal processing and forward the relevant information to the appropriate authorities as required by Brazilian law.

6 Sports Betting

The 45bvip offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, with a focus on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball, MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB), e-sports, and more. The general rules for Sports Betting are:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed by the member, except when the Cash Out feature is available for the market in question.
• The 45bvip reserves the right to suspend or cancel live betting markets at any time for technical or risk management reasons, without prior notice.
• Bets placed after an event has started on pre-game markets will be automatically voided and the amount returned to the account balance.
• In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or interruption of an event, 45bvip will follow standard market rules: bets on already-settled markets are upheld; bets on unsettled markets are cancelled and the staked amount is refunded.
• In the event of an odds publication error — such as odds that are clearly out of line with the market — 45bvip reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the staked amount.

Cash Out lets you settle a bet before the final result at the value calculated in real time. The Cash Out amount may be lower than, equal to, or higher than your original stake, depending on how the event unfolds. Full or Partial Cash Out is available on major events covered by 45bvip but may be suspended at any time for technical or risk-management reasons.

7 Casino Games

The casino games available on the 45bvip – including slots, live casino, crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman), blackjack, and roulette – are provided by certified suppliers and use audited random number generators (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game's own information section on the platform.

• 45bvip does not guarantee winnings in any casino game.
• Technical failures during a game round are logged and reviewed. 45bvip may restore the state of a round interrupted by a technical failure, but is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Bets placed in demo mode do not generate real winnings and do not count toward bonus rollover requirements.
• The 45bvip live casino runs in real time with human dealers. Specific rules for each table are available within the game interface.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

The 45bvip offers different types of bonuses and promotions throughout the year. Each promotion has specific rules published on its dedicated page on the platform. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Rollover: every bonus carries a rollover requirement that determines how many times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, as specified) must be wagered before the balance can be withdrawn. The standard minimum rollover is 30x the bonus amount.
• Deadline: bonuses have an expiration date. If the rollover requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus balance is automatically removed from the account.
• Eligible games: not all games contribute equally toward the rollover. Slots generally contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute less, as indicated in each promotion's terms.
• One promotion per account: unless otherwise stated, each member may participate in a specific promotion only once.
• Bonus abuse: betting patterns with the sole purpose of meeting rollover requirements without genuine risk exposure (such as betting on multiple outcomes of the same event to cover all results) constitute bonus abuse and may result in the removal of the bonus and any balance generated by it.

9 VIP Program

The VIP Program of 45bvip is a loyalty program with six tiers based on the volume of bets placed on the platform. Tier progression is calculated monthly based on the total amount wagered on Sports Betting and casino games using real money (bonus balance does not count toward VIP progression).

Benefits vary by tier and may include:

• Weekly cashback on net losses from Sports Betting and casino.
• Boosted odds on selected events.
• Priority withdrawals with faster processing.
• Dedicated account manager at the highest tiers.
• Invitations to in-person events and exclusive promotions.

45bvip reserves the right to modify the VIP Program criteria and benefits with 30 days' prior notice communicated to members by email. A VIP level downgrade may occur if the monthly betting volume falls below the minimum required for the current level for two consecutive months.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform of 45bvip the following activities:

• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts in order to obtain additional bonuses or circumvent suspensions.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or any technology to mask your real location in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Manipulation or attempted manipulation of sports betting results.
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets in an automated manner.
• Account sharing with third parties.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including systematic hedging (betting on multiple outcomes to cover all possibilities with the sole purpose of meeting rollover requirements).
• Platform access by users under 18.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third-party bank accounts or payment methods.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

The member may request voluntary closure of their account at 45bvip at any time through support via chat or email. Any available balance will be withdrawn in accordance with the withdrawal rules in effect prior to final closure. Unconverted bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

45bvip may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Request submitted by the member through the self-exclusion tool.
• Determination by competent authorities.

If an account is suspended due to suspected irregularities, the account balance will be held during the investigation. If no irregularities are found, the balance will be released and the account reactivated. If irregularities are confirmed, the balance may be confiscated and the account permanently closed.

12 Responsible Gambling

The 45bvip believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress. To support our members, we provide the following self-control tools, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limit: set a cap on how much you can deposit within each period.
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss limit per session or per period.
• Account pause: temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for at least 6 months.

Access to the platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. 45bvip uses age verification systems and may request proof of age documentation at any time. If an underage user is identified, the account is immediately closed and the balance returned to the original payment source.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

• Provision of services contracted by the member.
• Identity verification (KYC) in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Compliance with legal obligations.

14 Limitation of Liability

The 45bvip is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets or games placed on the platform. Bet outcomes are determined by the actual progression of events or by certified RNG in casino games.
• Damages caused by internet instability, device failures, or temporary unavailability of third-party services (such as payment processors) that affect access to the platform.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account caused by the member's own compromised login credentials.
• Consequences of using the platform in territories where online betting is prohibited.

45bvip's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the available balance in the member's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or proven fraud on the part of 45bvip.

15 Changes to Terms and Governing Law

The 45bvip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes at least 15 days in advance by email and through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If a member disagrees with changes to the Terms and Conditions, they have the right to close their account without penalty, provided they notify 45bvip of their intent to close before the changes take effect. In that case, the available account balance will be fully withdrawn.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For disputes not resolved through 45bvip's support channels, the courts of the district of São Paulo – SP are hereby elected as the competent jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
